We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase at Europa Threads. Since our apparel is custom-crafted through specialized production processes, our return policy is designed to reflect the care put into every individual order.

Custom-Crafted and Made-to-Order Products

Due to the specific nature of our production process, where items are only manufactured once you place an order, all sales for these items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or buyer’s remorse. However, your satisfaction remains our absolute priority. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or resolution if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.
  • An incorrect item or size was shipped on our part.
  • There is a significant misprint or graphic alignment issue on our part.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at support@europathreads.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Eligible Apparel & Products

Our store strictly carries the following items: T-shirts, Long sleeves, Crewneck sweatshirts, and Hoodies. Any approved returns or replacements apply only to these specific product types under the conditions outlined below.

  • Timeline: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate a claim regarding an eligible return framework.
  • Condition: For any verified return, all items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with any tags intact.

To Start a Return or Claim

To initiate a claim for an item, please contact us directly at support@europathreads.com. Please specify the product name, variant selection, and your order number so we can assist you quickly. We will evaluate your request and provide you with specific instructions on where and how to send your package if an exchange or return is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

If your return or compensation claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the refund to your financial statement.
